It reads the accounts you already use, your calendars and, once you approve a sender, your email, and pulls out anything with a date on it: the permission slip, the RSVP, the renewal, the appointment. Each one lands on the right day on its own, so you never have to go looking for it.
Yes, from senders you approve. TidyMind first looks at who emails you to suggest which senders are worth reading, then reads only those. It stores just the dated thing it finds (a title, a date, and the one line it came from), never the whole message.
Anything with a date hiding in your inbox or calendar: school and camp dates, permission slips, RSVPs, appointments, renewals, deliveries, recruiter interviews, and everyday tasks. If it has a day attached, TidyMind puts it on that day.
Yes. It uses AI to read the wording of an email the way a person would and pull out the date, what it is, and who it is for, then it puts that on your day. The AI only ever reads. It can never send, change, or delete anything, and it does not keep the message it read.
